"As a medical discipline, psychiatry delves into
the genetic and biochemical etiology of brain
disorder; as such its practitioners prescribe
neuroleptics, antidepressants and other
psychopharmacologic agents which potently
alleviate suffering and normalize mental
functioning - albeit appropriately, and
competently. Some psychiatrists specialize in
group therapy or individual counseling. The
aforementioned are modes of treatment on the
biological and natural level."
So according to
this all
afflictions of the
spirit can be
treated
with chemicals
added or
subtracted from
the brain. Who is
to tell what is an
ailment of
matter/brain and
what is an
affliction
of the soul?
Biological
barbarism or
Catholicism and/or
both at the same
time.
How convenient.
Now an unbeliever
can be remedied
with chemicals.
The spirit of
Christ may enter
the soul with
psychiatric
medication. Rudd
will be pleased
that the Holy
Father is not all
tied up in knots
with
contradictions and
contra-indications.
Stupid monkeys!
