FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY STATE OF FLORIDA
THE 25TH DAY OF JUNE, 1975.

LOUIS J. TSAVARIS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA:
The Grand Jurors of the County of Hillsborough, State of Florida, charge that
LOUIS J. TSAVARIS on the 19th day of April, 1975, in the County and State
aforesaid, unlawfully and from a premeditated design to effect the death of
CASSONDRA ANN BURTON, a/k/a SALLY BURTON, did murder the said CASSONDRA ANN
BURTON, a/k/a/ SALLY BURTON by strangling her to death by means unknown to the
Grand Jurors, contrary to the form of the Statute in such case made and
provided, to-wit: Florida Statute 782.04.
