(NaturalNews) It appears that the use of electroshock punishment
tactics isn’t limited to the U.S. military these days: The state of
Massachusetts has renewed a special education school’s authority to
use electric shocks as a form of punishment, even after the school
admitted to administering excessive and unfair shocks to two children
after being told to do so by a prank caller.

Not so bright, to say "therapy" when it is actually "punishment", now
is it? Or do you really believe punishing is the same as therapy?

Peter

"Leukaemia is evidently psychosomatic in origin and at least eight
cases of leukaemia had been treated successfully by Dianetics after
medicine had traditionally given up. The source of leukaemia has been
reported to be an engram containing the phrase 'It turns my blood to
water.'"

Of course I did. And I devoted myself to attack anything that claims
to help people, but don't. Like the CULT. It only helps itself by
conning people out of their money.

Quote the whole policy. That's what the anti-socials don't want which
is why they only quoted one sentence out of context. You up to it?

Out of context? Try another argument: This one is as old as the CULT.
Always used when a not so convenient quote of Hubbard is posted. And
there are hundreds of them. If Hubbard was half as smart as claimed,
he wouldn't have made such statements. He did, so he wasn't even half
as smart as claimed.

I did, and also this article:
www.motherjones.com/news/feature/2007/09/school_of_shock.html

This has nothing whatsoever to do with electroconvulsive therapy
(ETC). It's abut a weird form of aversive (punishment) behavioral
modification devised by Matthew Israel, a renegade psychologist who
was a student of B.F. Skinner.

Are you by chance trying to confuse the two?

Here's an interesting sidebar that traces the lineage of many "tough
love" approaches back to the Synanon cult which, like Scientology, had
a "fair game" policy.

What you evidently missed is that Electroshock THERAPY is the psych's
own term. Would you have felt better if she'd put it like this?
Electroshock "THERAPY".

Look up psychosomatic. You'll see that it is commonly used by many in
medicine now. It's amusing that an anti-scientology site would
actually post an LRH reference that is positive. (Or that you did)

"Psychosomatic"?

Why didn't you say!

I know a kooky Cult that claims to be able to cure that.

Along with leukemia and radiation sickness.
